  • How do I join the Yves Saint Laurent Beauté Dare & Love program?
    With any purchase made in YSL Beauty Boutiques & online at www.yslbeauty.com.my, as a Silver Tier Member. Upgrade your membership to Gold Tier with an accumulative spend of RM600 & above within 12 months from your membership date. Upgrade to Diamond Tier with an accumulative spend of RM2,000 & above within 12 months from your membership date.
  • When can I redeem the Yves Saint Laurent Beauté Dare & Love points?
    When you have successfully accumulate sufficient points to redeem our rewards (1,000 points, 1,500 points, 2,000 points or 3,000 points).
  • How do I redeem the Yves Saint Laurent Beauté Dare & Love points?
    You can redeem the Yves Saint Laurent Beauté Dare & Love points at any YSL Beauty Boutiques or online. Once a request for redemption has been submitted, the request may not be changed and points deducted will not be reversed.
  • How do I update my Yves Saint Laurent Beauté Dare & Love account information?
    You can update your profile here.
  • If I return a product, how does that affect my points balance?
    If you return a product, your Dare & Love points will be deducted accordingly.
  • Can I combine points with my friends?
    No, Dare & Love points are not combinable between two Dare & Love members.
  • Will my Yves Saint Laurent Beauté Dare & Love points expire?
    Yes, points will be expired 12 months from the first date of purchase / first joined membership date.
  • ORDERS/PURCHASES
  • Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?
    We regret to inform that we are unable to amend or cancel any orders as we process orders immediately when payment is confirmed.
  • What if the product I want is out of stock?
    Out of stock items are not available for ordering at this time. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have already placed an order online and the item is out of stock, you will be contacted by a representative from our customer service team and refund will be made to you via your credit card or bank account.
  • Where is my order confirmation number?
    Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed. Once your order is successful, the order confirmation number is in your confirmation email or through your order history.
  • How can I track my order?
    When you place your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can find your tracking number in that email or through your order history.
  • What do I do if my order is missing an item?
    We may not have had all of the items in stock when we shipped your package. If something was not shipped, you will be refunded for it. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Service team at YSL Beauty Customer Service. Please have your order number handy and let us know the items you're missing.
  • What do I do if I receive a faulty item?
    Please contact us immediately at YSL Beauty Customer Service with your order number, details and an image of the faulty items received. Please do not discard the items as we will need it to be collected back by our courier.
  • Is there a limit to the number of orders I can place?
    To help ensure that we're selling our products to genuine Yves Saint Laurent Beauté users (and not to resellers), we place a limit on each transaction.

    A maximum of 6 lipsticks per shade in a transaction.

  • SHIPPING & RETURNS
  • How do I make a return?
    If for any reason, you purchase any of our product(s) of which you are not satisfied with, you may return the product(s) in its original condition together with its original receipt within 30 business days from delivery and obtain a refund of the price paid. To initiate the return and refund process, you must inform Customer Service team at YSL Beauty Customer Service within 7 business days from delivery with supporting evidence (picture of your item and its condition) and order number.

    You may return the product(s) via two methods:
    • Collection by appointed shipping company:
      Customer Service will make an appointment with you to pick up the product(s). The appointed shipping company will collect the product(s) from you at the arranged time.
    • Self-arranged delivery:
      You may deliver the product(s) via PosLaju, GDex or DHL to the following address:

      You will have to bear the delivery costs incurred during the return process, and we will refund a maximum of RM10.00 for the delivery cost to your bank account, provided the original delivery receipt is emailed to Customer Service. Please allow 30 business days for this process to be completed.

      Upon receipt of the product(s) in its original condition and the proof of original receipt, and if you are entitled to a refund, we will process the calculated refund to you via your credit card or bank account within 30 business days. Only product(s) purchased on yslbeauty.com.my may be returned for refund. Products purchased from yslbeauty.com.my are not accepted for refund at Yves Saint Laurent Beauté boutiques or departmental stores. For more T&Cs, click here.
  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES
  • Can I exchange my products?
    Items purchased through yslbeauty.com.my may be exchanged in the Yves Saint Laurent Beauté Boutiques within 30 business days of the shipment date as long as a proof of the original receipt and product(s) in its original condition are provided to us to initiate the exchange process. Proof of purchase is required. Exchange of the product(s) can only be done in at Yves Saint Laurent Beauté boutiques. Exchanged product(s) must be of the same value. Yves Saint Laurent Beauté reserves the right of final decision if the product(s) intended for exchange is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.

  2. Offer applies to eligible YSL Beautè product (LIBRE EAU DE PARFUM 30ML) purchased on YSL Beautè Malaysia official website at www.yslbeauty.com.my.
  3. Customer will be entitled to receive one (1) Libre Eau de Parfum 1.2ml sample for every one (1) bottle of Libre Eau de Parfum 30ml purchased. The sample will automatically be added to cart upon check-out.
  4. Customer will also be entitled to receive any other gifts with purchase that is offered with minimum purchase tiers available online.
  5. In order to initiate the return process for the full size product purchased, the customer must request for product return via YSL Beauty Malaysia Online Customer Service (https://www.yslbeauty.com.my/contact-us/) within 7 – 14 days after receipt of your product. Arrangements will be made accordingly via email and no walk-in return is allowed at the YSL Malaysia boutiques.
  6. This offer is applicable to the Welcome discount offer. If customer has used the WELCOME10 or WELCOME15 discount code for a 10% off or 15% off on their first online purchase that includes the Libre Eau de Parfum 30ml product and chooses to return the product after purchase, customer will not be allowed to use the same Welcome promo code again for the next online purchase.
  7. This offer is not valid with the YSL Beauty Malaysia’s Birthday 10% discount on the customer’s birthday month.
  8. This offer is not valid with any YSL Beauty gift certificate.
  9. The product refund value will be made via iPay88 within 7 – 10 days upon receipt of purchase receipt and personal bank details by YSL Beauty Malaysia Online Customer Service.
  10. The return shipment fee will be fully borne by L’Orèal Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
  11. Eligible product must be returned in the original form in which it was received and must still be in its proper packaging, not opened and in original and unused condition. Kindly retain the original box packaging to return the product.
  12. If product purchased is returned, other gifts received along with the purchase must also be returned or its value will be deducted from the refund value.
  13. Engraved products are not eligible for this offer or refund.
