Simply spend RM300 in a single receipt at YSL Beauté Boutiques or our e-boutique (www.yslbeauty.com.my) to join.
Yves Saint Laurent Beauté Dare & Love members can enjoy special rewards, be the first to know on new launches and updates, exclusive invitation to attend events and more.
When you have successfully accumulate sufficient points to redeem our rewards (1000 points, 1500 points or 2000 points).
You can redeem the Yves Saint Laurent Beauté Dare & Love points at any YSL Beauty Boutiques. Once a request for redemption has been submitted, the request may not be changed and points deducted will not be reversed.
You can update your profile here
If you return a product, your Dare & Love points will be deducted accordingly.
No, Dare & Love points are not combinable between two Dare & Love members.
Yes, Yves Saint Laurent Beauté Dare & Love points are valid for 1 year from the date when the points are earned.
You can purchase Yves Saint Laurent Beauté products at our boutiques at:

We regret to inform that we are unable to amend or cancel any orders as we process orders immediately when payment is confirmed.
Out of stock items are not available for ordering at this time. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have already placed an order online and the item is out of stock, you will be contacted by a representative from our customer service team and refund will be made to you via your credit card or bank account.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed. Once your order is successful, the order confirmation number is in your confirmation email or through your order history.
When you place your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can find your tracking number in that email or through your order history.
We may not have had all of the items in stock when we shipped your package. If something was not shipped, you will be refunded for it. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected]. Please have your order number handy and let us know the items you're missing.
Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number, details and an image of the faulty items received. Please do not discard the items as we will need it to be collected back by our courier.
To help ensure that we're selling our products to genuine Yves Saint Laurent Beauté users (and not to resellers), we place a limit on the number of orders you can make within 30 days.

In a month, you can purchase:
(a) A maximum of 10 lipsticks in a month*; and
(b) Only 3 lipsticks per shade*
*subject to change pursuant to management's discretion.
If for any reason, you purchase any of our product(s) of which you are not satisfied with, you may return the product(s) in its original condition together with its original receipt within 14 business days from delivery and obtain a refund of the price paid. To initiate the return and refund process, you must inform Customer Service team at [email protected] within 7 business days from delivery with supporting evidence (picture of your item and its condition) and order number.

You may return the product(s) via two methods:
  • Collection by appointed shipping company:
    Customer Service will make an appointment with you to pick up the product(s). The appointed shipping company will collect the product(s) from you at the arranged time.
  • Self-arranged delivery:
    You may deliver the product(s) via PosLaju, GDex or DHL to the following address:

    You will have to bear the delivery costs incurred during the return process, and we will refund a maximum of RM10.00 for the delivery cost to your bank account, provided the original delivery receipt is emailed to Customer Service. Please allow 14 business days for this process to be completed.

    Upon receipt of the product(s) in its original condition and the proof of original receipt, and if you are entitled to a refund, we will process the calculated refund to you via your credit card or bank account within 30 business days. Only product(s) purchased on yslbeauty.com.my may be returned for refund. Products purchased from yslbeauty.com.my are not accepted for refund at Yves Saint Laurent Beauté boutiques or departmental stores. For more T&Cs, click here.
Items purchased through yslbeauty.com.my may be exchanged in the Yves Saint Laurent Beauté Boutiques within 14 days of the shipment date as long as a proof of the original receipt and product(s) in its original condition are provided to us to initiate the exchange process. Proof of purchase is required. Exchange of the product(s) can only be done in at Yves Saint Laurent Beauté boutiques. Exchanged product(s) must be of the same value. Yves Saint Laurent Beauté reserves the right of final decision if the product(s) intended for exchange is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.
