TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Organiser

1.1 This "YSL Beauty x Meerqeen Meet & Greet" (“Promotion”) is organised by  Yves Saint Laurent Beauty under the Organiser, L’Oréal Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Company No. 199401042730 / 328418-A). This Contest shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions herein (collectively referred to as “Terms and Conditions”). The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability to any person at any time, to change and/or amend the Terms and Conditions herein.

1.2 By participating in this Promotion, customers agree that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and they consent to the collection, use and processing of personal data in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.

3.    Promotion Mechanics and Gifts

3.1    Customers whose qualifying purchases meet a set of predefined thresholds and conditions during the Promotion Period at YSL Beauty Libre Pop-up at IOI City Mall will be entitled to corresponding gifts:

a) The first 50 customers to purchase a minimum RM450.00 worth of YSL Beauty products from any range (net purchase amounts, exclusive of any discounts or vouchers applied) in a single receipt will receive a limited edition of photo card signed by Meerqeen. (each shall be referred to as a “Gift”, and collectively as the “Gifts”)

3.2    For the avoidance of doubt, only purchases made from the YSL Beauty Libre Pop-up at IOI City Mall are eligible for participation in this Promotion. Purchase made from other YSL boutiques, YSL online store and other e-commerce platforms are not eligible for participation.

3.3    Customers in line will be issued unique YSL Queue Cards and are required to present their unique YSL Beauty Queue Cards upon payment at the YSL Beauty Libre Pop-up check-out counter to confirm the entitlement and/or to redeem the Gifts.

3.4    Customers shall be responsible for the YSL Beauty Queue Cards issued and shall present their YSL Beauty Queue Cards as identifiers for Gifts redemption. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged YSL Beauty Queue Cards and the customer’s failure to redeem Gifts under such circumstances. The Organiser shall not be obliged to replace, re-issue, exchange or compensate lost, stolen or damaged YSL Beauty Queue Cards.

3.5    The Gifts are only redeemable on the same day of purchase at YSL Beauty Libre Pop-up at IOI City Mall by presenting the original receipts. The Gifts are subject to availability on a first come first served basis. Each eligible transaction will entitle shopper to receive one Gift each from category
3.5(a) and category
3.5(b), subject to the availability and full compliance and completion of the Promotion Mechanics and all applicable terms and conditions.

3.6    The Organiser reserves the right to, at any time, foreclose, amend or discontinue this Promotion at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice. The Organiser’s decision shall be final, conclusive and binding.

3.7    Pictures of Gifts shown on the Promotion announcements are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual item. Price shown (if any) is correct at the time of publishing.

3.8    The Gifts are not transferable, not refundable and not exchangeable for cash, voucher, merchandise or any other substitutes and they are subject to additional terms and conditions, if any. In the event the Gifts contain a specific date of utilization or redemption, no requests for extensions, replacements or refunds shall be entertained.
